Breast Health Day is Europa Donna’s key prevention programme.

Europa Donna holds Breast Health Day on 15 October to inform women of all ages that lifestyle factors play an important role in the prevention and recurrence of breast cancer as well as the importance of early detection of breast cancer.

The first Breast Health Day took place in Milan, Italy on 15 October 2008 and is now held annually.

Each year, Europa Donna develops and launches a Breast Health Day campaign that include leaflets, posters, videos and other materials which are available on the website to help women make good choices for their breast health.
